How do you measure the financial health of your business? Most business owners, especially when they're first starting out, tend to look at just the cash balance. You might check your bank account balance and think "Hey, I've got more than I thought I did" or "Oh boy, I didn't know I had that little left in my bank account". Using a bank account balance to measure the financial health of a business is like measuring your overall health from your weight. It's really not fair for you to judge yourself on that one metric, nor your business. That's why today, I'm going to walk through four financial metrics that you should be using to track your overall financial health.
